Retailer and distributor
Commerto Limited is a retailer. We buy finished consumer goods from wholesale suppliers and sell them to consumers across Central Europe, alongside digital products that we publish ourselves.
The physical products we sell are made by other companies and carry their brands. Ours is the work in between: selecting what to list, presenting it accurately, and making sure each order reaches the customer as described.
Compliance
We sell regulated product categories, and we sell them as a distributor. The products we list are placed on the EU market by their manufacturers or importers, who hold the registrations and carry responsibility for them. Our part is to list only products that already meet those requirements, to hold the documentation that shows it, and to keep our own claims within what the law permits. Nothing is listed until its compliance file is in our hands.
